You have spoken with your financial adviser and your lawyer. Both are able to assist you with the practical paperwork and investment aspects. But they cannot guide you with respect to which charities you can support, how to define your vision/mission, how to structure the governance handbook, finding suitable board members, assist in marketing your foundation – and most importantly how to ensure a proper management of the whole scheme once you are no longer able to run it.
