New Foundations
For new foundations the primary effort would be directed to defining a clear and concise mission/vision for the foundation. What would you like to support and what would you like to achieve with the charity?
Thereafter we would assist you in writing the governance handbook – an essential document to ensure that your foundation is managed as foreseen by you – now and in the future.
Once the strategic and managerial principles have been defined, we would look into areas of implementation, such as corporate identity, web-design, etc.
Existing Foundations
Our first recommendation for an existing foundation would be to carry out a reality -check of the total organization. Does your foundation have the impact it deserves? Is it managed efficiently ? Would you prefer to concentrate your efforts on new subjects than those of today?
After the reality-check, strategic recommendations would be presented on how best to use the support of Fondana to overcome the challenges that face you.
